In keeping with our commitment to continual improvement, we are planning to take the following actions this year: On reducing energy consumption:

We are continually monitoring and adjusting our internal energy use strategy, including energy use to continually reduce consumption. We strive to reduce our energy, water, and gas consumption year over year while increasing the number of units produced.

We have Initiated projects with Schneider Electric, Green Print, Arbor Day Foundation to develop sustainability practices to mitigate our environmental impact, including:
- Reforestation in areas of intense logging through contributing a portion of sales to planting trees
- GHG Emissions accounting
- Renewable Energy Performance Services
- VPPA agreement signed 2/11/2021 (Santa Rita East Wind Farm)

We are working with our suppliers to better understand the sustainability efforts in place for responsible sourcing and legal forestry as well as collecting data to improve reporting of VOC emissions to be better stewards to the environment.

We offer a Conserve™ Sustainable Fabrics as an option in upholstery on most of our furniture. Conserve™ is a soft and durable fabric made from recycled water bottles.
